System categorizes the complaints into multiple categories (Add/Modify/Delete Categories). All complaints entertained by mPubG will fall in either of these categories and those complaints can be assigned to either of the executives concerned assigned by their respective Managers in the System. Grievances received will be routed to the concerned Departments, who directly reply to respective complainants or initiate actions to be taken.

This Mobile App provides open channels of communication where citizens can lodge any “geo-tagged” complaints, upload photos and track the status of their grievances. The real time status of grievance resolution is notified to the Complainants, who could further give their feedback on it. Once a complaint is submitted by a citizen, the application automatically routes it to the concerned Department/Officer and generates a Token Id that can be tracked by both the department as well as the Complainant, who will also receive automated notifications through SMS and in their My Account areas at different stages. Our System also supports Standing Task Force (STF) Module newly created by Govt. It addresses the complaints received regarding Encroachment and Unauthorized Construction.

Ability for field staff to issue online mobile challan for any unauthorized hawking/encroachment under the relevant sections of the Council Act
